Phone's battery drains if app runs in background

Battery is draining shows running in background.  Will have 90% battery then drop to 20%. Please advise what I can do to not drain battery.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and just to clarify, do you mean that your phone's battery is draining due the Fitbit app running in the background? If that's correct, I'd suggest to turn off the Background App Refresh for the Fitbit app:

1. On your phone's settings tap on General.
2. Scroll down and tap on Background App Refresh.
3. Look for Fitbit and make sure it's off.
4. Monitor your phone's behavior.

You can also check other settings, such as location services, that might be affecting the battery life of your phone.

Yes that is what I mean.  I finally turned off All Day Sync and Background Refresh and iPhone battery is doing good at the moment.

Thanks for trying the steps suggested above and I'm glad that your phone's battery is doing good. Let me suggest to use the Background App Refresh just when tracking GPS so your watch can capture your data, otherwise you can leave it off as this won't affect your Versa 2 performance or the way it syncs with the Fitbit app.
