Picture notifications on IOS

Me and my husband just bout our Blaze today. We receive regular texts and texts with emoji just fine but when we get a picture text the notification doesn't come thru. I have a third party app and receive picture messages just fine from it. I already reset the fitbit.

Pictures are not sent to the blaze. On android the messaging app doesn't send pictures to the notification center. Are you able to see the picture message when the notification pops up on the lock screen of the phone?

Im not sure what third party app is being reffered to but it sounds as if it reads the incoming messages directly, appose to looking at the notifacation center.

I don't get a notification at all if I get a message that includes a picture. But I got a notification from a friend on a different app when they sent a picture. It doesn't show the picture (which is fine) but it did notify me that I had a new message. It does not do that when In my actual text app
