@Jeevan That's strange. Out of curiosity have you updated to Fitbit iOS App version 2.26 that was released this morning? Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Also, are you seeing the same numbers for your water on your Fitbit.com dashboard?

My Fitbit app was old version. Now it's working perfectly.
