Pop up App survey? Did anyone else get it?

When I opened my App (v4.04 IOS) first thing yesterday I was presented with a survey asking me to select what I was predominantly using the App for, the survey then asked me a related satisfaction question. Did anyone else get this? Just curious on the scale of sampling.

I received a request to complete a survey a couple of days ago. In the past, I have been asked to complete the survey multiple times within a day and figuring if I completed it once I would not see the request again. However, they keep sending request to complete the satisfaction survey. my main comment to them when I answer their survey is that it is poorly written, and that the data collected will be of no use. They do change the content of the satisfaction survey periodically, but it is clearly not constructed to collect useful data about their products or customer satisfaction.
