Possible to rearrange icons on the bottom of the dashboard?

I would like to rearrange the icons along the bottom of the Fitbit app on my iPhone.  The Today icon is on the far left and is difficult to reach when I'm using the app with one hand.  I'd rather the Covid-19 icon be on the far left, rather than the far right.  

Is this possible? How do I move the icons?
