Premium stops showing heartbeat graph

Fitbit Sense shows my heartbeat but Premium stopped showing the heartbeat graph….

I have tried re-syncing, reinstalling Premium in my iOS, nothing works.

Can someone help me with this? Given that I have a palpitative heart, this graph is important for me to keep track of palpitation incidents.

Hello @Yeep and welcome to the Community.  Can you clarify some things for us, please?  Are you asking about the sleeping heart rate that comes with Premium or your daily heart rate graph?  Is this happening some of the time or all of the time?  Are you getting sleep stages or sleep patterns?

If this happens some of the time and you get sleep patterns on those days, then I hope this explanation helps.  First, you have to have sleep stages to get the sleeping heart rate.  Second, you need a "mostly regular" heart rate to get sleep stages.  There is a subtle, regular heart rate change when we inhale and exhale.  Fitbit uses this to calculate your breathing rate and those changes are used to calculate sleep stages.  Frequent palpitations can lead to sleep patterns, not stages.

If you re getting sleep stages every day and no sleeping heart rate graph, then this is a Fitbit app issue and you should contact Support for more help.

Hi LZeeW

thank you for your quick response. Grateful. It’s the regular daily heartbeat graph. It just says no data but I can see my heartbeat per the moment on my Sense.   I can get the sleep stages also. Just no daily heartbeat graph.

Is this a Premium app issue? I uninstalled it n reinstalled it - same issue persists.

@Yeep   No, this isn't a Premium issue.  Everyone should see their daily heart rate graph.  I know there are other recent posts, with screenshots, showing the No Data problem.  I'm moving your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for this issue.

In the meantime, have you tried deleting, then reinstalling your app?  Sync your Fitbit before you try this.
