Premium workout videos won’t rotate to landscape view

I really liked Fitbit coach, since it has gone away and been included in the Fitbit app I can’t use it since the videos won’t rotate on fullscreen. So they are either very tiny or you can only see a third of the screen if you change it to fullscreen. Maybe I’m missing something?

Hello @DaydreamerRN and welcome to the Help forum.  I have app version 3.45 on my iPhone.  My display rotates to landscape view.  What app version to you have?

I have 3.44, I will see if I can update it and if that will fix it.

I updated to version 3.45 and it still they won’t rotate to landscape.

I have this same issue.  Kinda unusable

I ended up letting my premium membership go since I couldn’t resolve this issue, it was very frustrating
