@75dj Welcome to the Community, I think I can help you out! I would recommend:
1. Make sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
2. Restart your tracker.
3. Reboot your iOS device.
4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
5. Open the Fitbit iOS App to initiate a sync.
Keep me posted if this helps!

@75dj Does force quitting and reopening the iOS App help?
You can force quit the App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe up on the preview to force close.
After you've force closed the app, reopening the Fitbit App should initiate a sync.

No. I have made sure my ios and app are up to date. I have connected my charge hr to the charger and rebooted. I have powered down my phone and restarted. I have turned off bluetooth and restarted. I have unconnected device on bluetooth and reconnected. The only thing I haven't done is delete charge from app and reset up. I was just worried everthing on there would be deleted, but I guess at this point it doens't matter.
