Hello @SEB1 and welcome aboard to our community. So far I know this is a bug in the iOS version of the app. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. If is updated, then force closed the Fitbit app.
1. Log our from your account and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and try again.
If the issue still persist keep me posted and I will notify the product team who is working to fix this. Usually the bug fixes are release with new versions of the app.
