Profile does not update posts

That makes me look inactive in groups. It also makes it hard for me to track what I posted where and which group hasn’t had recent posts. What can I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. To clarify, do you mean that your posts shared in the feed from the Fitbit app aren't updating? If so, let me know your phone's model, iOS version and the Fitbit app version. In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app in your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log in to your account.
  5. Tap on the Account icon and Profile to see your latest posts.

No Change.  No posts at all for the last 7 months show up on my profile.  I notified you once previously and we got the posts to show, that one day.  Then they quit.  Then randomly a few showed up of a recent trip I took.  Yay.  But that was weeks ago.  My phone is plugged in to my laptop with Fitbit open...just a random hope some update would kick in.  No luck  and I want ALL of my post activities from then until now and in the future to get connected to my profile.  There must be another solution.

  • Your phone's model and iOS version.
  • Verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the 3.0 version.
  • Screenshot of the Fitbit app where the posts aren't showing up. For instructions to attach a picture, check this post.
