Progress rings with daily stats aren't filling in

IMG_3425.png

My progress rings are not filling in since the most recent update. I have tried opening and closing the app, updating the app and my fitbit software. No dice.

Hi Everyone,
I had a Fitbit charge 6 which I wear all the time. Its recording everything and I can see that on the app.

But on the phone app I only see numbers and no color on some of the progress bars (find image below). I have already updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it.

What else can be done?IMG_4213 - Copy.jpeg

Hello there @Slickchicfallen, nice to see you back in town!

I'm sorry to see you are facing this issue with the app. Let's work together and try to get this done.

First of all, can you try to log out from your account and log back in? If possible, try also restarting your phone while logged out! These are just basic steps, but it would help us to discharge any possible issue!

I, too have this issue. I followed the instructions provided here, and this did not remedy the problem. Idk why I have to see my rings filled, but I do! 🤣

Hello everyone, thanks a lot for the effort invested so far!

As part of the escalation process, I'm gathering information about our affected users' devices. Please share with me all the information about the OS system you currently use with the Fitbit app. Android or iOS version depending on your device

I offloaded the app, turned my phone off, then tried re-installing. It didn't do this for quite some time, until I removed a bunch of other apps. When I re-installed it, it's still not filling the rings. I have an iPhone 12 and a Versa 4. The watch also keeps flashing at me, which is making the battery die very quickly. When I go to settings on my watch, the brightness keeps turning itself to max. I don't know if the button is slightly stuck and this is why it keeps acting the way it is, or what. Thanks!

Hey @Slickchicfallen

So I finally deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone and now everything works fine.

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well!

Although I'm still waiting for an official answer from our specialist team, I can see some of you sharing a workaround.

Looks like deleting the app and getting it installed back seems to work for some of you. Please, let's try to do that and let me know if it helps!

I’ve uninstallled and reinstalled the app twice, turning my phone off and
back on both times. Mine still isn’t working.
