Push Notifications every 2 minutes

Hi,

I have an iPhone 5s which is bluetooth linked to my Fitbit Charge HR.

I recently received a replacement from Fitbit as the strap on my first Charge HR was bubbling and peeling (awesome help with that btw)

Since I've linked the new Charge HR to my phone, I've been receiving push notifications every 2-5 minutes saying that my battery is full and it's time to get moving (or some other catch phrase).

My battery is not full. When I go to the app, I see the my battery is in the red and in need of charging. Is this a problem with my tracker or the fitbit app for iPhone?

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks!

@Clovers That's super weird. Does restarting your Charge HR and rebooting your iPhone help?

Also, it might be worth double checking that your iPhone is Bluetooth bonded to your current Charge HR and not your previous one. A Bluetooth bond is used for features like call notifications and seeing live data in the App.

Lastly, you can also go into your iOS settings and modify which your push notification settings.

Keep me posted and welcome to the Community!
