I was getting notifications pushed from my phone to my Fitbit. My daughter broke her Fitbit, so she took mine. When thenew one arrived, she swapped it to her account. Now I am not getting any notifications pushed to my Fitbit (the original one). In the Settings area, notifications are constantly cycling...

Help!!!

Hello @Mom_of_4 have you removed the Fitbit your daughter took over from your phone? This is done by removing the fitbit from the phones Bluetooth settings screen.

Im not sure what is ment by cycling, but if there are two fitbits registered to the phone your notifacations may still be trying to go to the one the daughter took over.
