Rapid loss of charge on Ionic

charge on my iconic can 100 percent in the morning but my early afternoon i have to charge it again.

@tbell3725 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Ionic is losing its charge quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

 

If you are using a third party clock face then please change it to a Fitbit one.

I had the same problem last night. Battery was at 60% and I charged it to 100%. Was zero % this morning.

@AlvaroFitbit I've cleaned the contacts and fully charged it. So far today it only used 10% so will see how it goes over the next few days.
