My iPhone 8 also won’t sync for last 3 days. Absolutely no connection possible via Bluetooth to Fitbit tracker on any Apple device. Have you found solution yet?

Yep.  I have an Android, but I'm guessing this will work for anyone:

1.  Turned off automatic app updates in my app store (Google Play).

2. Uninstalled the Fitbit App.

3. Googled "previous version fitbit app"

Through Google, I found the Android 2.70 (previous) app version, and installed it.  Everything is working again, and I'll update to the current (fixed) app when it's released by Fitbit.

@JillianMalone Sorry to hear this! Check out this help article on Bluetooth interference. You should also update your app to 2.77

@Rich_Laue@JenniferJ14 thanks for your assistance here!

No.....Fitbit sent me advice to reset my tracker which I had already tried to do numerous times!!! If I have no resolution in the next week or so I will be taking my Fitbit back as I only purchased it 6 weeks ago.
