Charge 2 app shows two different numbers for average step count. The number in the top with average daily steps  just like it shows in any other device and underneath it a different number of average steps preceded by ??.

Anyone can help ?

@JoaoLopes, is this the Android app or the iOS app? There is no specific Charge 2 app.   Can you provide a screen shot of the "??" you are seeing?  I do not see anything like that on my Android app nor the Fitbit.com Dashboard, so I am not sure exactly what you are referring to.

I am seeing the same thing. For me and each one of my friends it gives the average step count and below that it says: ?? Averages 12,345 steps per day. 

Why is it showing this? Who is ??

I have the iOS app with a Fitbit One.
