I'm somewhat relieved that the problem is not confined to me. I'm thinking of abandoning Fitbit & switching to either a Garmin Fennix or Suuanto Ambit if the team at Fitbit doesn't step up & fix the issue

I use my Fitbit Surge to record my hikes/walk. The Fitbit App on my iPhone/IPad does not appear to be displaying the maps of my hikes/walk but these activities are recorded in my account. I have the latest version of the Fitbit app on both my devices. Your assistance in resolving this is appreciated

Good morning,

I am having the same exact issue.

All my previous exercises show up on the app but the two most recent do not.

 

I can see the map on the web, based dashboard but I rarely use it.

 

Could this be a possible bug?
