Thanks for the advice. I did the instructions to the best of my knowledge, but I’m still having issues so I’ll say everything I’ve done so far that has been unsuccessful.
There is no setting within the Iphone settings regarding Fitbit cache, but I looked into it and saw a video saying deleting and offloading deletes the cache. If this isn’t true should I just start deleting data on the Fitbit account or do something else?
The only way I’ve been able to pair the device is through using my sister’s phone. I tried pairing my charge 6 with my Mom’s phone and it worked too. I cleared data on charge 6, removed the device from both the Fitbit app and bluetooth, and added it as a new device and was able to pair it to her phone, but not mine. I checked her settings and under privacy and security I could turn on location services for Fitbit. Before I did this, on my phone that option didn't show up, but after I had it connected to my Mom’s phone it magically appeared on my phone (I’m not joking this is so weird). I’m still not able to connect via my phone, but I can connect through other phones. It might just be some issue related to my phone and settings. It also could just be an issue with bluetooth, since I leave it on often so I’m going to try to turn it off for a day or two to see if that fixes anything.

I've moved your iOS issue to the IOS board.
Does the app have permission to access location and Bluetooth?
