‘Recent’ foods won’t update

A few weeks ago I decided to log food a couple months in the future. I deleted all those logs but all the food I logged is stuck in my ‘recent’ tab and it won’t go away. This is a bit of a problem for me as I use the recent tab quite a bit. I’ve been logging food as normal but I always have to scroll down to see it as the foods I logged beforehand stay stuck at the top. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off, app deletion, data deletion, Bluetooth off and on and logging in and out and none of these have solved this issue. I have an iPhone 8 and the app is the latest version. Please help!
