I've been getting 10,000 steps a day since September 2, 2019 and my Fitbit tracks back to that date with no problems. Except, from December 25, 2020 to Feb 16, 2021 it records 0 steps and then starts up again and is accurate. I got steps during these days, not having missed a day since September 1, 2019 but nothing is showing.
During these nearly two years I did use multiple phones, two different Charge 3s and a Charge 2 for a time when my Charge 3 died and I didn't want to lose my streak.
Any way to recover that data? Strangely, everything else is missing date from the same period except active minutes (same start but to May 4, 2021), exercise (same start but to May 10, 2021), sleep (same start but to May 10, 2021).

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @NovaScotiaSteps.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your efforts. Several factors could be the reason for this and while you can log the exercise manually, there isn't an option to recover the missing information. I appreciate your understanding and hope you continue enjoying the Fitbit experience without any issues.
