How do I get rid of the red dot for notifications when I don’t have any notifications?

Hi @Wild2bfree . You can try closing your Fitbit app then restarting your phone. But there is not much else you can do. It’s an issue that Fitbit is aware of and working on. Sorry.

Welcome to the Community @Wild2bfree and @SunsetRunner thanks for the input.
I just wanted to let you knwo that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more Fitbit app topics.
Also, thanks for letting us know about the issue you are experiencing with this red dot on your notifications option. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Please let me know if there's anything I may do to assist you in the meantime. ![]()
