I have 4 notifications in the Fitbit iOS app that are months old and it won’t let me click on them to open or delete them. The red notification dot won’t go away either and it’s bugging the heck out of me! Help?!
(I would add a screenshot but I can’t figure out how to 🤷🏻:female_sign:)

Hi! I'm trying to remove old notifications and an old email. Everything I've read says to swipe right. Nothing swipes. In another thread it says to scroll down the the bottom of notifications and hit clear all. There's no "clear all" either. I'm on the iPhone 8.

My husband and daughter and I are all having the same issue with the red dot. It appears every time we open the APP and there are no new messages or notifications. Annoying.

I’m definitely having the same issue with the red flag for a “new” old message. I’ve tried logging onto the webpage to clear it as well as deleting the app, restarting my phone, and then reinstalling the app. That did not resolve the issue either.

I have a new message notification from a old message constantly. I click on the notification (the red dot) and it’s the same old message from a friend. It will not stop appearing, I have logged out, checked all the settings, replied, nothing. Fit bit is still in a really bad development phase, from getting loads of people buying them I’m starting to feel they have let me down. My charge 2 was better than my ionic. I’m all for Fitbit but simple things like delete a message cannot be done. Adding a friend is hard work... sends a email .... then when they finally check email it gets round to adding. They need to make it come through to the app. Rant because I have invested in Fitbit and refuse at the moment to change.

Hi, no, from what I have read after 30 days it will disappear. Mines on 29 days. Will let you know. Going to have to tell everyone not to message through Fitbit as it creates an annoying notification 😂

I have the same problem. Queried it on Twitter Fitbit support, and they knew nothing about the problem. 30-days, huh? Geeze. I’ll go nuts before then looking at that red dot.
