Reminders from iPhone to Versa 4

I saw this convo - ‘Do you know if it’s possible to have reminders from iPhone post on Fitbit Verda 4 like text messages do?’ - and the reply was yes ….

but I can’t get this to work for my Fitbit Charge 5. Any ideas please?

@Pinnypin   Can you please share more details?  Do you see Reminders on your list of App notifications?  Please take a look at this Help article.  I expanded the troubleshooting tips on iPhones for you.

Hi @Pinnypin, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with your question about the reminders from your mobile that you want to have on your Versa 4.

If the reminders you are talking about, are those from a certain app, you can manage the notifications you want to recevice on your Versa 4.

First, you need to setup the notifications service on your Fitbit app. To do so, follow the steps listed in our help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device

If you are still finding trouble, you can try the troubleshooting tips contained in the same help article right at the bottom Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

Mine is a Fitbit Charge 5. And it’s the notifications  from the reminders app on my iPhone. The Reminders app doesn’t appear on the list to select it in the Fitbit app.

Hi

Reminders isn’t listed on the App notifications part of my Fitbit App. So I can’t select it. Is there a way to add it to the list?

it is so frustrating as I use my iphone reminders a lot.
thanks

@Pinnypin   I don't understand why Reminders isn't on your App Notification list.  You can't just add it to your list.  On iOS, you must receive a notification first, then it will show up on your list and you can toggle it on.  It should be on your list, since you use it a lot.

I am as confused and frustrated as you are.
