Renpho scales not working?

Hi everyone 

 

I purchased sone Renpho scales because I was told they were compatible with Fitbit. I followed the instructions to connect them. They were working. Now they aren’t. The Fitbit app says it’s connected to Renpho, and the Renpho app says it’s connected to Fitbit. But the Fitbit app isn’t recording any of the scale readings. I can’t fix it. Any ideas?
