Replacment Charge2 won't connect to phone after 4 digit number.

I recently had a warranty repalcement of my charge2, once the new tracker came in I tried to add it in the app. I get to the screen where the device displays a 4 digit code and type it in. It says connecting to fitbit and the circle spins for over a half hour and never connects. I've reset the device, my phone and reinstalled the app and the problem still occours.

Hi @Brady2012. Sorry about the issues you're having!  I have a several suggestions.

  1. You said you reset your charge 2. Please try doing that again but this time do it three times. Often, it makes a difference if you do it several times in a row. 
  2. Check the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone. "Forget" any listed Fitbit devices. It may still be looking for the previous device. 
  3. Delete the Fitbit app from your phone.
  4. Finally, go to a room that has NO OTHER Bluetooth devices. This is important.  Install the Fitbit app and set up your Charge 2.

Doing all of that got me a warning to pop up that said having trouble communication with device in the app. After trying to get the same warning to pop up again, I was unsucessful and still cannot get my warranty replacment to connect.
