Hi there, @Betty673. Welcome on board.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and just to confirm, are you having this issues with the Fitbit app? If that's correct, do you see an error message when trying to send a private message or cheer a comment? Also, may I know the model and OS version of your phone?
If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
- Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
Tap the inbox icon at the top right corner and try sending a private message to one of your friends. Also, cheer yours or any other comment in the Community Feed section and let me know how it goes.
