Just bought my charge hr keep getting this response while I try syncing to my iPhone 6. I've restarted my phone, deleted and re downloaded the app, restarted the Fitbit and nothing has worked.
Very frustrating!

Welcome to the Forums @Bekels. Thanks for troubleshooting this setup inconvenience by yourself. Since you are using the iOS Fitbit app to set up your tracker, please double check that your app is updated to the latest version. Then, attempt Setup again. Keep in mind that you can also setup your tracker from a computer.
