Resting Heart Rate - dashboard

Hello,

My resting heart rate does not appear in the dashboard after I downloaded the recent update. It just appears with dashes.

I have tried deleted the app and redownloading it, turning Bluetooth on and off and unpairing it and repairing. 
has anybody else experienced this and is there a solution?
