I’ve been lying in bed after waking up, watching my heart rate. It is consistently registering at 55 or 56, but the app is showing my resting heart rate as 60. I’ve been noticing this for over a week now that my actual heart rate is below what the app shows for my resting. What’s the deal here?

Hello @Ben_E_Lou and welcome to the Help forum. Fitbit calculates your resting heart rate using data collected over the entire day when you are at rest. It isn't the lowest recorded heart rate of the day. How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
