My ring doorbell was working on my Fitbit just fine then about 4 months ago just stopped !! I have tried everything since then and nothing. I’ve used Fitbit since 2016 and always been more than happy apart from the fact that every time there is an update problems occur and this happened with the ring doorbell. My husband got me an Apple Watch (which I hate) but I’m using now as I’ve had enough it seems that once the Fitbit’s get to a couple of years old problems start but I still have my faithful Fitbit and will keep trying to see if it works but I don’t want google!!!!!
