Fitbit tracker: Charge 2 (2017), phone: iPhone 12.
This week my runs stopped syncing properly. My phone GPS was connected to my Fitbit through my run after I manually started the exercise but each time I sync my app it just shows this incomplete heart rate data. As you can see, the heart rate chart is accurate but the table below just shows 100% light which doesn’t match. This leads me to believe it’s an app issue. The map, pace and distance are all missing. In one instance, I waited about 8 hours and then it updated with all of the complete info. However, this has since disappeared and all of my runs since (5 of them) just show this inaccurate heart rate info. Any advice?

Having the exact same issue with Charge 2 and iPhone 11 since last week or so. I’ve tried logging out, restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling the app etc. Contacted support and so far no solution..

I also spoke to support and they said they're aware of the issue and will release a fix 'in the next few weeks'... More recently, Fitbit just disappeared from the list of apps requesting my location in my phone's location services settings so it doesn't connect to GPS at all anymore. Fingers crossed they can get this sorted soon.

Have you managed to get this resolved at all? I'm having the exact same problem

Nope 🙁 there’s been several app updates, one of which allowed my Fitbit to connect to my phone GPS again during a run but it’s made no difference to what is synced to the app. I also noticed that other exercise isn’t syncing at all (yoga/workout).
