Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let me help you with your concerns about the Fitbit app. Before anything else and to have the necessary information, please provide me with the following which will help me to further investigate:

  • Is the issue being experienced with the challenges/adventures?
  • What's the name of the challenge/adventure you're participating in?
  • Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
  • Attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on the Fitbit app.
