My FitBit Flex has stopped synchronising with my old iPad running on iOS 9.3.5. OK like me both are old but I hope I haven't fallen foul to the Tech con to force you to buy the latest. Have FitBit stopped supporting my devices?

Hello @AlanWirral and a warm welcome.  Yes, tech marches on.  A big change some time ago was that the Fitbit app needed iOS 11 to sync.  Your Flex isn't obsolete.  These Apple devices will support iOS 11.  Check this Help article to make sure your Apple device supports the Fitbit app.
