I have been trying for a month now to log on to the Fitbit app on my Iphone 5S and I get the following error message every time:
An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.
I have an Ipad and Iphone 4 that connect with no problems. Does anyone know why this would be happening and even more importantly, how to fix it? It's very frustrating because I have to carry around 2 phones since I can't sync to my 5S. I just use the 4 for games and now to sync my Fitbit. I had the Charge and have upgraded to the Blaze but I still can't log in. I don't think it has anything to do with my Fitbit, it's a problem with the app. I sent an email to Fitbit support but I'm still waiting for a reply. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

Had the same issue and another forum said to try logging onto a different network and that worked for me.

I thought to share what fixed my issue . I eventually got rid of the issue by turning on airplane mode and turn it off.
