Screen frozen after charging

I plugged my charge2 in to charge, when I took it off charge the full battery image is still stuck on my screen. My Fitbit isn't responding...

Hi, @DANIMOZZ, the first troubleshooting step is always to try a restart.  Because your Fitbit is unresponsive you may need to hold the button for considerably longer than the usual 10-12 seconds.  It may need 20-30 seconds, and you may need to repeat the procedure several times.  But hopefully it will come back to life.
