Recently my Alta HR is asking me every time to log in as a security check when I open the app on my iPhone, this has happened the last 3 days and has never asked for me to do it previously. 

Why is it keep asking me now and it’s not as if I’ve turned my phone off or reset it once I’ve logged in it’s fine but every morning I touch the app it’s required log in and password. 

Can anyone help?

I dont have an IPhone but trying clearing your Cache. On Android its under appS and then the app itself.
