Sense 2 won’t stay synch to charge

Sense 2 won’t stay snyched to charge. Charging meter comes on then goes out  and watch won’t charge. Connections were cleaned and watch rebooted.

Hi @Sun77 - it's normal the battery level displays on the watch for a short time when charging starts.

Leave the watch charging for 2 hours then pull down on the watch face to see battery level.

Sometimes if it doesn't charge there is a problem with one of the pins or it's not got a good power supply and to verify that use a pc as power source and note it's connecting noise, it should just connect the once when you plug it in with the watch attached to the cable.
