Sense constantly losing Bluetooth Connection - iPhone 13 - HELP!

Hello All:

I started a thread on this a couple of years ago (time flies) when I had a Versa 3. The watch refused to stay connected to my phone. I had an iPhone 10xr and a Versa3 then and upgraded to an iPhone 13. Still no dice.

I then dumped the Versa 3 and bought a Sense (First gen). For a week it worked great - then right back to refusing to maintain the connection between watch and phone. I always had the latest software on both contraptions. I just dealt with it for the past year or so - having to keep re-opening the fitbit app to temporarily fix this...sometimes for a minute, hour or day - then right back to NO connection.

Many other people replied to my OG post complaining about the same thing...and many other threads in the same regard were created with the same complaints. FitBit staff even replied - and I thought maybe I was the one that could change the world and get Fitbit to fix this! Apparently not yet.

I (like others) really really really (get the point) WANT to stay with FitBit. I'm brand loyal and have been a FitBit user for YEARS - even before the watches and when the company just offered a wristlet tracker to count steps. I don't want to switch to an Apple Watch - the main reason is the BATTERY LIFE - which is just flat out awesome on the Fitbit...and not so good on Apple - even the latest version 8.

BUT - I can't take it any more. I need an answer from FITBIT CORP on what's going on here. If this is Apple causing the ruckus - then let me know that. I wouldn't doubt it that they (the iPhone) are causing issues since they want people to have an Apple Watch and refuse compatibility. That said, how could a trillion dollar company be sneaky and not allow these watches to work with their phone and it not be a public notice?

LAST CALL to FITBIT CORP....I am willing to either:
a. Do whatever you tell me to get this to work (ALL THE TIME) on my current Sense first gen watch with settings, configuration, updates, etc. on either device.
b. Hang around if you promise you are aware of this and working on fixing it with a timeline.
c. BUY another Fitbit newer model if you can GUARANTEE it will work...Sense 2, Versa 4?

HELP!!!!!!!! (And sorry - for various reasons I can't change the other end of this and get an Android phone - it's not that I'm in the Apple cult - if I was I'd get an Apple watch - there are many other reasons I won't bore you with.)

LET'S DO IT!

Sincerely,
Mr. Clutch
