Hey all I’ve been having issues with my sense since I unboxed it a fortnight ago. Charge it to 100% wear it to bed by morning it’s down to around 75% after around 7-8 hours sleep! When I go to put it on charge the slow charging message appears it takes me 8 or 9 tries before I get it on charge without the message coming up! I had a versa 2 previously with no issues for 2 years wearing it constantly until it finally pack it in and battery would last me a week with recording exercises. I feel like I’ve honestly just thrown $500 down the drain with upgrading thinking it was meant to be a better investment. Can anyone help??? I have tried a lot of troubleshooting deleting pretty much all the apps from it, keeping on display off, cleaning watch back and charging point I even brought a 2.4a usb point as this is the recommended charging product and am still having issues! Why!!

Hi @Chrissiebear_13 do you turn off notifications while in bed? I know with texts and challenges, my Luxe buzzes each time I receive something. You can reach support best by phone or cat, so get with them. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Thanks @Odyssey13 I tried something someone else posted recommending to turn off sleep snore detector as this uses your mic all night after charging last night and wearing to bed I’m at 96% battery a lot better then 75%.

I turn off Bluetooth before going to bed and that seemed to do the trick.
