Sense not syncing to iphone

Hello- my new sense is synced to my iPhone but it’s not getting calls or texts. I’ve followed all the forums.  It’s so frustrating. Might need to return it and try a different tracker.

Maybe I can help. I’m not sure what troubleshooting steps you have tried but have you tried this?

On your iPhone tap Settings then tap Bluetooth. Look for the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device and tap it (it will look like the letter “ i “ with a circle around it)  Now tap Forget This Device.
 Next open your Fitbit app and try to sync the app by swiping down. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your iPhone. Tap Pair and hopefully this will resolve the issue you are experiencing. If that doesn’t work then maybe you can find the solution here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm
