I just bought a sense and I followed all instructions. Let charge to 100% before setting up and everything. I’ve tried removing some pre built in apps and haven’t any new ones but the battery drains before the day is up. If I wear it at night it’s dead by morning. I use it with the iOS app. I don’t have it on the always on display.

I just got my sense and after charging it in the morning it’s battery is drained by mid afternoon. I use it with the iOS app. I’ve tried deleting any unnecessary apps and tried changing the settings but nothing works. I’ve changed to dim and don’t use always on feature but it still drains. It seemed to work so I stupidly threw away the packaging prematurely so I can’t return/exchange it. Does anyone have any ideas to help fix the problem? It’s really disappointing as it drained on day one.

Thank you very much for the link to the article. I did several of the suggestions but unfortunately it hasn’t worked. I’ll have to call customer support. Thanks for helping, though! I really appreciate you replying.

I can’t seem to get through to customer support, my sense hasn’t been on since the 9th of this month- it won’t charge! I did all the things, changed plugs, wiped the device and charger, tried a reset but won’t turn on… still nothing… it’s less than a year old
