I’m getting a second set of numbers over the top of my dashboard numbers each with a “+” sign in front of them. What do they mean?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend doing the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I update the Fitbit app?
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
