Hi, I'm Brazilian, my English is not good, sorry.
I set my Fitbit High as the Set Up app on iphone 5s, but after I put the code that appears on the tracker on iphone, it is running and does not connect. Restarted the tracker, iphone and installed the app again, nothing worked. Can you help me?

Let me help you out try doing the restart again 2 or 3 times in a row and make sure you're following the instructions that @CindyFitbit shared, I also recommend checking this article and if the issue persists contact the support team so they can review your device history and tell you the options.

Thanks for the welcome and for the help. I could sync my Fitbit Alta to IOS after restart it a few times.
