Hi, @Mickayla your initial calorie "goal" will be set based on your BMR calories -- calories someone your gender, age, height and weight needs just to maintain life. You will find that your "in vs out" calorie tile will update throughout the day based on exercise and activity detected by your Fitbit, and food logged (if any), so this is the tile to keep an eye on.
