Setting speed for our Treadmill Workouts

I would love to see a feature where we could personalize the speed for our treadmill workouts on the watch. The distances recorded for treadmill workouts are terribly inaccurate which makes me the think the calories burned are inaccurate as well. That said, if we could set the speed at the start of a workout, then the math would already be there when the workout is stopped via the watch to then be recorded in the app.

Just a thought! 🙂

@Hungreh The best place to post suggestions is the Product Feedback forum. The developers read those posts to get ideas of what features people would like to see. I hope you will consider posting there. If you do, please come back here and post a link to your suggestion so others who are interested in that feature can vote for it.

@alexthecat, I did use the Product Feedback link you provided and ran through that process. It made me search for existing feedback, verify that the specific feedback did not already exist, then it made me answer some questions. I hit post when I was finished but the screen never changed and I never received any notice or verification that anything posted so I don't know if all that produced anything that others could vote on or not. I tried. Either way, thank you for your recommendation. Maybe something will come out later as a delayed response.

Have a great Saturday!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Hungreh. Thanks for sharing your suggestion regarding setting the speed for the Treadmill workouts.

I understand your point of view and tried to get the Product Feedback you mentioned and your comment is placed on the existing Product Feedback. If you wanted to post a different idea you must post it again.

Thank you for your help @alexthecat
