Setting time on AltaHR

I recently traveled from NY to San Francisco, and syncing with the correct time zone was no problem.  My flight stopped in Chicago on the way home, and again there was no problem syncing to Central time.  However, after getting back to NY the tracker would not sync.  I tried resetting, but now it doesn't show the time at all.

Hi @mdgmd. Sorry about the troubles you're having! Is your iPhone showing the correct time? If it is, there are a couple things you can try.

First, on the phone, turn the Bluetooth off ... wait 10 seconds --- turn it back off. Resync the Alta HR and see if that helped.

If not, power the iPhone off completely. Wait 10 seconds, then power it back on. Try syncing the Fitbit again.

If none of this worked, restart the Alta HR. I know you already did this but it might be helpful to do it again at this point. In fact, restart it three times.

Please let us know what happens.

Thank you! Disconnecting and restarting the tracker was what finally worked
