Hate to ask a stupid question, but I assume this device uses the IPHONE bluetooth.  So which app do I download?

If you start at https://www.fitbit.com/setup you will find links to all the app options.

@ColRB yes @SunsetRunner is correct, the address on your tracker is where you want to start. On the device you will be using to setup your track jet go to that address, the page will direct you to the proper app.
