App is having so many issues right now. Aria scale 2. iPhone app.
For starters when I weight myself on my scale it won’t update on the main screen or weight history for hours. However I can see it in my recent weigh ins. It takes awhile to update.
Second issue- I can not fix the goal weight start date it keeps reverting back to today’s date. I am trying to match my highest weight back and have the correct date that weight was recorded.
Third issue- Today the scale refuses to recognize my weight. Normally I’d just reassign to me, but it doesn’t show any of the guest weights that were taken this morning.
This is all driving me up the wall and seems most of these issues have been happening for years

I gave up with my Fitbit scales. They did upgrades in the software which no longer synced with the scales. And I was on my second set.
Quite expensive, so gave up as I wasn't about to get another set. Too many glitches. Great when it was working right.

Yeah, it is just becoming more work than it is worth. I’m really upset by it. I had to weigh myself over and over because I kept missing the weight screen and then had to input it into the app myself. None of the scale records have updated still

Hi @Emma_playingten The delayed weight issue is affecting both Aria and Aria 2 users and affect both phone platforms. It started in October. Moderators acknowledged the issue and wrote that it was reported. There is no timeline on a fix or if there will be a fix.
I agree it used to be easier to reassign a guest weight, a necessary step when a known user gets a guest weight. It happens to me all the time -- and it's my scale. It's my understanding that this was removed because weights aren't as private as Fitbit claims. When I get a guest weight, I weigh myself in socks. It recognizes me, but I don't get my percent body fat. I take the socks off, weigh myself, then the scale asks for confirmation.

Yeah that’s what I saw online. Didn’t see the feedback.
I tried both socks and no socks through the day. My fiancé used the scale and it threw up a question mark, but allowed him to select who he was. For me nope guest only
