Several questions about syncing.

I'm getting the Alta soon and currently have the Charge. I want to give my Charge to my dad once the Alta comes in. Will the Charge sync to the app my dad will install on his phone and not to my app? How do I get the Charge to not sync to my app once I switch to the Alta? Also, will I still get to keep all of my progress and data I have gotten from wearing my Charge? Please help! Thanks.

What a nice thing to do for your dad!

These devices pair to the email address, so there should be no problems once you get him set up.

Be sure to sync one last time and move the Charge at least twenty-five feet out of range while you set up the Alta. Make the Alta a replacement for an existing account and your history will be retained.

All your dad needs is his own email address and when you set him up, get your Alta out of range.

It will be great doing challenges together.
