Why am I having to sign in every time I want to sync my ChargeHR? This has started happening in the last few weeks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Lindachandler. It could be a good idea uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If this doesn't work, please set up your Charge HR as a replacement device. Let me know how it goes.
